Our Core Commitment

Rezurrection intends to contribute at least 50% of its Net Profits to the Rezurrection Foundation to support Christian mission-focused charitable grantmaking.
Rezurrection’s goal is to contribute even more including up to 100% of Net Profits in some years as the company grows and becomes financially sustainable.
The actual amount available for contribution will depend on Rezurrection’s financial performance, operating needs, legal obligations, and long-term sustainability.
Net Profits are not the same as gross sales, gross revenue, gross margins, or the purchase price of any individual product. If Rezurrection does not generate Net Profits for a fiscal year, there may be no Net Profits available for contribution that year.

No Guaranteed
Grants
No purchase of Rezurrection products creates a restricted donation to, or guarantees a grant for, any particular ministry, charity, organization, campus group, or mission partner. References to ministries or mission organizations describe the types of Christian mission-focused work the Foundation desires to support. Actual grants, if any, are determined by Rezurrection Foundation in its discretion.
Timing and
Reporting
Rezurrection expects to calculate Net Profits annually after the close of each fiscal year. After that calculation is complete, Rezurrection will determine the amount to be contributed to Rezurrection Foundation under this commitment. Rezurrection and Rezurrection Foundation intend to maintain appropriate records of contributions and grants and to communicate transparently about charitable impact as the company and Foundation grow.
